Return Policy
Please note that we inspect every single model upon receipt for any imperfections or breakage. We know that the model you will receive is just as good as the model that we would display in our own collection of 1200 + models. We also realize that sometimes (very rare) breakage does occur during transit points. Should this happen to your shipment, kindly contact us first before returning any model.
We will ask you some questions, and if warranted we will issue a return authorization number with specific instruction on how to proceed with the return.
Mojave Desert Models
Please note, models sold in the 'Mojave Desert' section are in as is condition. Each model in that section has a break or defect of some sort and the description indicates the damages to the model as accurately as possible. Absolutely no returns or exchanges possible on these models.
Any un-authorized return will not be accepted and will be returned to sender as un-claimed.
